John Grant High School

If you do not have a Certificate of Eligibility

In order to qualify for English Instruction in Quebec Public Schools, students must meet certain eligibility criteria under the Charter of the French Language as set out by the Quebec government.

Eligibility Requirements

If you have a Certificate of Eligibility

  1. Registrations will be accepted by appointment.
  2. Please email to  johngrant@emsb.qc.ca
  3. Call (514) 484-4161 to schedule an appointment for printed registration drop-off.

Registration is not complete until the necessary documents have been provided to the school administration:

  • Certificate of Eligibility
  • Student’s most recent report card
  • Student’s Medicare card number and expiration date
  • Student Visa or Work Permit (temporary families)

Parents who are interested in registering their child(ren) at John Grant High School should contact us for information about eligibility and programs. John Grant High also registers new students throughout the school year, however, acceptance depends on classroom availability.
